- Deposit & Refund Policy: A one-night deposit is required prior to your stay to confirm your reservation. Reservations of five (5) nights or more require a two-night deposit. The deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Failure to arrive on the first day of your confirmed reservation will cause the cancellation of the entire stay and result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Checking out prior to your confirmed departure date will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit refund will be issued if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival less a $45 administrative fee. No refund will be given for unused portion of any Special Package.
- State/Local Tax: Rates are subject to applicable sales and county taxes.
- Your total cost will reflect: room rate, breakfast and dinner.

- Checkout: Checkout time is 1:00pm. Guests should plan to arrive after 3:00pm to insure room availability.
- Pets: For the comfort of all our guests, we regret no pets are permitted at The Resort. Local kennel facilities are available.
- Attire: Recommended dress at The Otesaga is resort casual. Please note that gentlemen are required to wear jackets to dinner in the formal Main Dining Room. In addition, boys 12 and older are required to wear jackets and children 11 and under should be dressed appropriately. No denim, sport caps, shorts, t-shirts or athletic shoes are permitted.
- Smoking: For the health and safety of all our guests, The Hotel is a smoke-free environment.
